ENVY

I envy people who have mastered the wacom tablet. I treated myself and bought one for my birthday. This (bad) self portrait is my first attempt at using the tablet but I can already see that this is definitely going to be a lot of fun when I master the feel of the pen and learn to control things.
Perhaps I could do a little better if I started to wear my glasses when I draw!

The picture is quite interesting, but I'm happy to say that it doesn't look anything like you!

No Fair! I wanted a Wacom Tablet first!!! I'm tellin' Mama..that's no fair! : ) Just kidding...I'm still a learning apprentice at the PhotoShop. Although I can say I understand layers/masks now and I've actually gotten Josh into that picture I found of Cirgue De Soliel, now I'm learning how to get him into the right proportion with the other people in the picture.
I have to say, luckily for you this picture looks nothing like you!! Agree with Janet, you might want to wear your glasses next time you draw.
Love you!

For anyone who actually comes back and reads these comments.....
My wife asked me to take this (bad) self portrait off the blog but I explained to her this picture does (in some odd way) represent how I feel lately. I am physically tired and not in the best of shape. My job is killing me as I have tons of responsibility with very little authority. I am covered up with work but get very little help and just feel used up and worn out.I have actually said the following sentence at work to at least five people in the last week and no one even comments.

" I am in trouble, I am behind on at least four contract jobs, and I am drowning!"

There's gotta be a lifeline out there somewhere. I just can't seem to find it.
